There are 3 main modes in Disney Frozen Free Fall. They are "Winter or Seasons", "Journey" and "Endless". In every mode you play level by level.

At each level you will play a match 3 game. By doing so, you can make amazing changes to the wonderful Kingdom of Arendelle. You will be given mini tasks to complete in each match 3 game. You have to complete these tasks before you run out of moves.

Swap 2 ice crystals to make a match of 3 similar looking colors. You can also form power-ups by matching more than 3 ice crystals. Match 4 in a line to form "Windchill". This will break all the ice crystals in its path. When you match 5 in a "T" or a "L" shape, you will get the "Iceberg". This breaks all the ice crystals around it. You can form a "Glacier" by matching 5 in a row. When you combine a Glacier with any ice crystal, it will break all the ice crystals of the same color. When you combine 2 power-ups, you can create a very powerful effect.

Every time you complete a level, you will receive a score and some coins. After you reach certain levels, you will unlock certain boosters which can be used during the game. You will also unlock the Kingdom of Arendelle. When you want purchase buildings, shops and other decorative things to build up your kingdom. You can purchase these items with the coins you have collected. You will also receive money time to time from each building you build.

The game control of Disney Frozen Free Fall are as follows. Swap to make a match. Swap to activate a power up. To use a booster, tap on the booster first, an tap on the ice crystal on which you want to use the booster. When you want to change the location of any building you purchased for Arendelle, tap and hold to select. Then drag it to your desired place and release.
