In Mayor Match you play the character of a new mayor who has been tasked to build a fantastic city capable of fully functioning and sustaining itself. As time goes, your work can expand your city huge thriving metropolis.

In order start your work you need energy. Play match 3 games to win energy. Swap 2 pieces to make a match 3. When you match more than 3 pieces, you will be able to create power-ups. These power-ups, when activated, will remove more pieces at a time. The more pieces you match, the more impactful the power-up will be. You play these match 3 games level by level. At each level, you will be tasked to remove certain items from the field. You will have only a limited number of moves to play at each levels. So, be wise with your moves.

Your task and guides for city building will be show on the left side of your screen. Things such as building, entertainment, houses, farms, food factories, restaurant, nature, recycling factory, transport and much more can be found at the middle of the bottom of your screen. To construct a building , you need to first select a suitable location on the map and then give 1 or more energy to start building. Every time you complete a building, you will be rewarded with money. Use it to buy more buildings and to upgrade them.

The game controls in Mayor Match are as follows. Swap to make a match 3. To activate power-up, swap it with another power-up or make a match 3 with pieces of similar color. Tap on the task buttons to get information on each task. To change the position of a building, press and hold to select it and then tap on the spot when you want to position it.

Mayor Match is a more than a simple match 3 game. The aspect of building you own city makes this game more interesting. But as you progress into the game, you will soon run out of money.
