Game Description

Temple Run 2 is an endless running game. It is developed by Imangi Studios and released for Android and iOS on January 2013.

Temple Run 2 is the successor of the widely popular Temple Run game. Just like the previous version this is endless running game. You are being chased by an evil demon monkey because of the cursed treasure you stole from the temple. To avoid being captured and getting killed, you have to keep on running and avoid many obstacles on your way.

To move to each side you can swipe left or right. Swipe backward to slide under bridges or other obstacles and swipe forward to jump. There will be lots of coins and power-ups on your path. Be sure to collect as many as possible. Some of the power-ups will help to pull all the coins towards you like a magnet and others can give you invulnerability for a certain amount of time. Even though these power-ups work for a short period of time, they are surely come in handy throughout the game. You can use the coins you collect to unlock new characters or enhance your current characters abilities.

There are more obstacles in Temple Run 2 compared to its previous version. You will be facing waterfalls, fire, mine tracks and lots of bumps on your way. But don't be alarmed, you also get to have additional methods like mine cars and zip lines to overcome those obstacles.

The locations of Temple Run 2 is a bit different from the first game. Your starting running speed is also a bit faster than the previous version of this game. You are able to select between 2 free characters, rather than just starting off with "Guy Dangerous".

You can download and play Temple Run 2 for free. You can make in-app purchases to buy power-ups and unlock new characters.

Temple run 2 has bright and pleasing visuals. Like many endless runner games the game will become easier and easier once you get the hang of it. Then it's just a question of how long you want to spend time playing the game instead of the game actively challenging you to play on. And for some that's exactly why they like this game.
