The story of Riddleside: Fading Legacy takes place in "Nightfall". It was one of the safest places in the entire country till last year. Something strange has started happening since last year. And nobody seems to have a clue as to why and how. Recently detective Henry Walker disappeared. Following his disappearance, his secretary went missing.

You have been assigned as a temporary replacement for Walker. With the help of the Sheriff and his assistant Emma, you have to solve this mystery. In order to work on this case, you will have to play match 3 games. After every win you will receive stars and coins. Use the stars to unlock new locations and rooms to further your investigations.

Apart from playing match 3 game you will also have to solve mini puzzles to get certain clues and to work on them. You will have to rearrange pieces together to restore certain evidence, find certain objects from the crime scenes and much more.

The game controls in this game are as follows. Swap to make a match 3. Swap or double tap to activate boosters. These boosters can be created by matching more than 3 pieces. When finding clues, and looking further into them, you can drag, swipe or tap on them.
